Important clarification for FBR Sales Module:

This notice is shared only to ensure clarity and transparency for all customers. It is not issued with any intention of harassment, blackmail, or personal attack.

To avoid confusion, please note the following:

• This system was developed by me for my own company’s customers.
• I was associated with Tech & Tax as a technical partner while they were managing payments and customer relations.
• When I requested financial clarity on payments and charges, the partners did not provide it. Despite handling all revenues, they never cleared my dues or paid me a single rupee for my partnership, and instead spent company income on personal expenses such as food and transportation. The few figures they did share kept changing, while no proofs like quotations, bank statements, or cash records were ever provided. Instead of transparency, one partner even used abusive language in a WhatsApp voice note — a communication I hold as evidence and can provide if required.
• I was then removed from the customer groups, after which I contacted customers privately on WhatsApp to share the facts.
• Tech & Tax partners have no ownership, access, or operational control over the FBR Sales Module.
• I am aware that they have been in contact with other developers and companies, showing this same system and attempting to create or white-label a similar system independently. This does not affect ownership of the original FBR Sales Module, and in my view they do not currently have the technical capacity to deliver or maintain such a system.
• In addition, false claims about me have been circulated, which may mislead or confuse customers.

Customers who have made payments should settle their financial matters directly with Tech & Tax partner(s), as those transactions and relationships were managed by them.

Clarification offer: To counter the false and misleading statements made against me, I am available to join a joint online meeting with Tech & Tax partner(s) and customer(s), ensuring complete transparency and allowing everyone to see the facts clearly.
